Sporting a more sleek, fastback look than any SUV in its current line-up, the design of the new car will take inspiration from the TT Offroad concept you see in the pictures above.
Apart from images of the TT Offroad concept, no further details have been released about the Q4, other than that we can expect it to be in showrooms by 2019.
If it goes down the same route as the Q8 however, we can speculate it’ll be available as a hybrid plug-in version with a range of up to 31 miles.
A racy RSQ4 is also touted to feature after launch as well, while conventional models will be available with an all-new 1.5-litre range of petrols and diesels, as well as improved variants of the 2.0-litre diesels found in the current Q3.
It’s set to be available with the same new interior features of the Q8 too, which includes improved high-resolution displays and gesture-controlled infotainment systems.
No official info has been released regarding pricing, but sitting between the Q3 and Q5, list prices should be from around £30,000. We’ll bring you more info about this all-new model as it becomes available, but if you can’t wait for a Q4, you can check out current Audi lease deals here.
