There is a lot riding on the latest incarnation of the universally popular Vauxhall Astra due in showrooms at the end of the year. We have already covered news of what to expect back in May, which you can read about here. The new model which bears a striking resemblance to its big brother the Insignia is seen in the footage hunting down and passing a Volkswagen Golf and also a Ford Focus on twisting test roads, with celebrated racing driver Fabrizio Giovanardi behind the wheel.Promising a large selection of engines and impressive equipment levels the Vauxhall Astra will debut at September's Frankfurt Motor Show.Let us know what you think about the video below.
