Peugeot increases allure with special edition models
Written By Alison Bell Published On: Mar 26 2010Peugeot is hoping its new special edition models will be alluring enough to secure new customers. The car maker will be adding new Allure models into its range of vehicles from the 107 to the 308 CC.
Peugeot says the models will be available in the next few days and will come in Bianca White, Aluminium or Black. The first model in the range is the 107, based on Urban Plus. The 107 Allure benefits from the standard fitment of 14” alloy wheels, air-conditioning, rev counter, alcantara & leather interior trim, leather steering wheel and silver instrument and air vent trim rings, and is available in both three and five-door versions.
The Peugeot 207 Allure hatchback is based on the 207 Sport 1.6 VTi 120 but is fitted with 17” Melbourne alloy wheels as fitted to the 207 GTi, full black leather interior trim and dark tinted rear windows, also from the GTi. This model is also available in three and five-door versions.
The Peugeot 207 Allure CC is based on the CC version but has the added features of 17” Hockenheim alloy wheels, full black leather interior and an Exclusive pack (colour coded door handles/mirrors, aluminium gear knob and leather steering wheel).
The Peugeot 308 also gets extra appeal with the 308 Allure five-door hatchback based on the 308 Sport 1.6 VTi 120, but with 18” GT alloy wheels and full black leather interior.
The final model in the new range is the 308 CC Allure, based on the 308 CC SE 1.6 VTi 120. This model also gets 18” GT alloy wheels and full black leather interior, airscarf (Peugeot’s innovative neck heating system enabling the benefits of roof down motoring to be enjoyed all year round.) and removable windstop. The 308 CC Allure is available with a petrol VTi 120 engine.
