Mazda2 three door revealed

Mazda has revealed the Mazda2 three-door and just like its sibling five-door they both come in similar trim levels. Features as standard include remote central locking, electric adjustable side mirrors, electric power assist steering. The three-door version has larger front doors than the five-door variant and has a new rear side window designed to give it a sportier character. A Sports Appearance Package will be available (depending on market) with special front bumper, side sills and rear roof spoiler. The Mazda2 comes with exactly the same petrol powertrain line-up as the five-door. If you want derv power the Mazda2 has got it. The new car is also available with a 1.4-litre common-rail turbo diesel. Mazda claims this unit will provide high fuel efficiency and low emissions. It produces 68 PS of maximum power at 4,000 rpm and 160 Nm of torque at a low 2,000 rpm.  While CO2 emission are very low at 114 g/km, which means this car is very eco-friendly and will come into the lowest road tax band.
