Fiat removes the top from its 500C Pink
Written By Alison Bell Published On: Mar 15 2010Fiat is looking ahead to warmer weather with its new extremely girlie convertible 500C Pink. After launching the hatchback version, the 500 Pink, in January, the car maker is attempting to top that model, by taking its top off.
The very bright and summery model is more limited than the 500 version – just 300 examples will be available in the UK compared with 500 of the hatchbacks.
Based on the 1.2 Pop specification, the Fiat 500C Pink also features 16-inch alloy wheels, chrome trim, leather steering wheel, leather gear knob, split folding rear seat and Blue&Me infotainment.
“We reacted to customers’ requests earlier this year when we gave them the 500 Pink, and I believe we will find a new group of fans with the 500C version of this limited edition car,” said Elena Bernardelli, marketing director, Fiat UK and Ireland.
“With all the benefits of the convertible roof this summer, coupled with the style and personality of the Pink range, I think it will be one of this year’s must-have car purchases.”
