World famous English footballer David Beckham, currently playing for USA side LA Galaxy, has reportedly splashed out on a new toy for Thanksgiving.The former England captain, Manchester United and Real Madrid star has a dizzying array of stellar motors but he has obviously wanted to grab hold of something seriously fast this time as he has just taken delivery of a £160,000 Bentley Continental Supersports in quartzite.Bentley Continental Supersports image 1Bentley’s fastest ever production car, the Supersports was given its debut at the Geneva Motor Show earlier in 2009 and comes with a fearsome reputation for searing pace, as seen at the Goodwood Festival of Speed during the summer when Le Mans racing legend Derek Bell put the car through its paces.Manufactured out of Crewe the Continental Supersports is 110kg lighter than the Continental GT Speed and has been optimised to deliver a highly focused driving experience, the rear seats have also been removed making the car a muscular two-seater. With 621 bhp to call upon the car can achieve 0-60mph in only 3.7 seconds on its way to a top speed of an eye watering 204mph.Beckham is set to join Italian giants AC Milan on loan again in January, ahead of the FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
